13. Cookies Policy - Information Euroserv collects from you
a. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes a unique identifier that is sent to your computer, tablet or mobile phone (referred to here as a "device") browser from a website's computer and is stored on your device's hard drive. Each website can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser's preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a website to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other websites. Many websites do this whenever a user visits their website in order to track online traffic flows.
On Euroserv website(s), cookies record information about your online preferences and allow us to tailor our website(s) to your interests.
During the course of any visit to a Euroserv website, the pages you see, along with a cookie, are downloaded to your device. Many websites do this, because cookies enable website publishers to do useful things like find out whether the device (and probably its user) has visited the website before. This is done on a repeat visit by checking to see, and finding, the cookie left there on the last visit.
b. How does Euroserv use cookies?
Information supplied by cookies can help us to analyse the profile of our visitors and help us to provide you with a better user experience. Certain areas of Euroserv website(s) may use cookies for a specific reason - for example, to help an online game work effectively on your device or to store a list of preferences you may have specified during your last visit.
c. Third Party Cookies in embedded content on Euroserv pages
Please note that during your visits to Euroserv website(s) you may notice some cookies that are not related to Euroserv or Euroserv’s contractors. When you visit a page with content embedded from, for example, Google, YouTube, Flickr, Facebook, Twitter, you may be presented with cookies from these websites. Euroserv does not control the dissemination of these cookies. You should check the third party websites for more information about these. For information regarding the cookies specifically used by Google Analytics, see section ‘d’ below.
d. Third Party Google Analytics Cookies
This website uses Google Analytics to help analyse how users use the Euroserv website(s). The Google Analytics tool uses cookies to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including IP address) is transmitted to Google. This information is then used to evaluate visitors' use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity for Euroserv.
We will never (and will not allow any third party to) use the statistical analytics tool to track or to collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of visitors to Euroserv website(s). Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Neither Euroserv nor Google will link, or seek to link, an IP address with the identity of a computer user. Euroserv will not associate any data gathered from this site with any Personally Identifiable Information from any source, unless you explicitly submit that information via a fill-in form on our website.
e. Euroserv cookies and how to reject cookies?
If you don’t want to receive cookies, you can modify your browser so that it notifies you when cookies are sent to it or you can refuse cookies altogether. You can also delete cookies that have already been set.
If you wish to restrict or block web browser cookies which are set on your device then you can do this through your browser settings; the Help function within your browser should tell you how. Alternatively, you may wish to visit www.aboutcookies.org, which contains comprehensive information on how to do this on a wide variety of desktop browsers.
When you visit Euroserv website(s) you will be asked to accept the cookies we use. The cookies consent tool can be found at the bottom of your screen when you first visit the Euroserv website.
